How to read a media archive

The record is strongest when its original context remains visible.

A hosted show captures a particular moment: the guests available, the language in circulation, the concerns of the audience, and the questions Robert was asking at the time. Preserving that context makes the archive more useful than turning old media into a polished retrospective.

For that reason, Robert4You distinguishes hosted work from outside coverage, preserves source links where possible, and avoids treating every historical statement as Robert’s present position. The archive is a record first.
